A few things to know and do before signing up for a Box Cloud Hosting Account Domain name registration: We offer domain name registration. During the registration process you can enter the name you wish to register. Here is a link to a domnain name lookup website to make sure the name is available The Box sister site. We also register names and alias them with other primary domains in your account. Billing: Once your account has been setup, your credit card will be charged for a month/year. After that, at the beginning of your billing cycle your credit card will automatically be charged. If at any time you wish to cancel your web hosting account, fill out our Account Cancellation form. You will continue to be billed for hosting each month/year until you cancel hosting. Partial month hosting charges are not refunded when cancelling hosting for a domain. Customer Support: Our custom hosting plans all include Top-notch support, 24/7 we will make sure your site applications run smooth and remain healthy. We charge a few dollars more because no hosting company compares to our knowledgable customer support staff.
